This melody has played around the corners of my mind over the last fifteen years. I knew that I wanted to write one track for this album, and it came to mind again.

A benediction:

I believe in hope, in love, and in honoring the beauty of the human spirit that lives in every one of us. I believe the truth we seek lies within us, awaiting only to be discovered. As the days shorten and the light wanes, may we turn within to find that truth. And so may the coming year find us wiser, deeper, more full of love, and more fully alive.
